Local Ples architects and designers worked on the project. They created comfortable ambience of Russian manor. Initially the main Manor house was built in the 50s of the 20th century, later the owners rebuilt and renovated it several times. During renovation the exterior of the house was preserved. However interiors were radically changed, which allowed to establish comfortable and inviting mini-hotel, beautifully decorated with fantastic panoramic views from the living rooms to the Volga river.
