We like seasonal and local products: mushrooms and berries in summer, we store them for the whole year, we have vegetable garden. We buy meat from local farmers, make pickles and jams, dumplings, bake bread.
We cook pasta seasoned with homemade pesto, we will treat you to homemade infused liqueur particularly appreciated by our guests. We buy fish from local fishermen or from the fish farm. Smoked fish soup, stew from tree types of fish are our specialty. Local dairy offers more than 20 kinds of cheeses, wonderful buratto and mozarella.
We cook deserts: biscuits, pannacota, tiramisu.
One is the restaurant with large summer terrace offering our guests breakfast, homely lunches and dinners. It is perfect for quiet pastime.
The second one — restaurant with a large hall. It is perfect match for parties and lively gatherings. Restaurant has billiards and kids playing room.

I was a guest at the Ples Manor restaurant (unfortunately just restaurant guest). To my mind the best kitchen in town. I agree with all positive reviews. Beautiful, peaceful, tasty. Most important — cozy atmosphere. You have a feeling you are at home in the living-room with friends and relatives. Music for stomach and soul. I have a dream to come and stay here.
